Dear Business Owner/Operator: We at A3D, Incorporated are very excited to offer you a sponsorship spot in our upcoming summer festival, Salem CultureFest 2008 – July 26-27. We have two days of world music, acting, dancing, performers, arts, crafts, vendors, and much MORE. We are anticipating over 2,000 visitors. The funds raised from previous Salem CultureFests enabled us to provide 1600 students at the AEDEC School in Dakar, Senegal with a state-of-the-art computer lab and network (the first of its kind in a public school in Senegal), and sewing machines to a job training facility (Les 3D) in Porokhane, Senegal to assist young women in becoming self-sufficient. Funds raised this year at Salem CultureFest 2008 will be utilized to further our efforts to establish a Multicultural Center in Salem, MA, as well as to continue our support of organizations in West Africa. Also, in keeping with our mission of helping people in need locally as well as globally, we will be donating 10% of all funds raised at CultureFest 2008 to the City of Salem (MA) Schools for the restoration of school personnel. The 2007 recipient was H.A.W.C. (Help for Abused Women and their Children). Since our entrance into the Salem Chamber of Commerce, we have met local businesses that work towards improving Salem and its citizens. As a local charity, we would like you to consider sponsoring Salem Culturefest 2008 with us at any of the following levels: Corporate Drum Level: $2,500.00+ ● The sponsor’s logo will be placed on our banner displayed over Washington Street. The sponsor’s name will be announced at our event. The sponsor’s name, logo, and a direct link to the sponsor’s website will be on the A3D website. The sponsor will be acknowledged in the newspapers. The sponsor will receive a 12'x12' spot for both days of the event. DEADLINE: Friday 6/15/08
Business Drum Level: $1,000.00+ ● The sponsor’s name will be announced at our event. The sponsor’s name, logo, and a direct link to the sponsor’s website will be placed on the A3D website. The sponsor will be acknowledged in the newspapers. The sponsor will receive a 12'x12' spot for both days of the event.
Djun-Djun Level: $500+ ● The sponsor’s name will be announced at our event. The sponsor’s logo will be placed on the A3D website. The sponsor will be acknowledged in the newspapers.
Djembe Level: $250+ ● The sponsor will be acknowledged on the A3D website and in the newspapers.
Sabar Level: $100+ ● The sponsor will be acknowledged on the A3D website.
Tama Level: $50+ ● The sponsor will be acknowledged in the newspapers.
July 26th and 27th will be excellent days for your business to be showcased at this exciting multicultural event.
