Salem CultureFest 2009 Events and Schedule Print E-mail

Like everyone, you are probably wondering what is going on at the Salem CultureFest?  You know its going to be fun, but what are some of the details?  Read on to learn more...

The Salem CultureFest 2009 will be going on all day Saturday, July 25th and Sunday, July 26th.   This year we have one central location for stage performers by the "gazebo".  This family friendly festival will showcase much of the talent found in and around the Salem area, while also sharing the many cultures found locally.

In addition, we will have a family friendly parade each day.  You are encouraged to join in and enjoy the diversity found right here in our community.

We have over 50 vendors participating with wares ranging from framed art and photos, several types of jewelry, pottery, balloons, toys, carvings, candles, hand-loomed scarves, food, shirts, hats, and more.  Most of what you will find at this festival is handmade, available directly from the artists who crafted them.

Below is the latest schedule of performers.  In addition, there are many other events and activities you will find throughout the festival, moon bounce, face painting, chair massage, clowns, and more.
