Vision Statement
 The vision of ADEPA is two-fold:
- Recognition of the right of the elderly population of Thiès (aged 65 and up) to free and accessible medical care
- Recognition of the right to a better quality of life, to dignity, and to fully exercised citizenship
Goals
Provide free and accessible medical care to the elderly population of Thiès
Provide on-going medical attention
Provide a space for exchanges, where each person is listened to, and for organizing
Raise awareness of elder rights
Inform and mobilize the overall population, the elderly population, and local and regional political bodies
